While our offices remain open for patient visits, to further serve out patients during the Covid-19 outbreak we are now offering TeleHealth appointment. This allows you to speak with and see your provider from your home.

What Should I Do If I Am Interested in a TeleHealth Appointment?

1. Call us at (941) 365-0655 and tell one of our team members that you are interested in a TeleHealth appointment. We will go over your details and help determine if a TeleHealth appointment is appropriate for you.
2. Once you have been scheduled for a TeleHealth appointment we will go over the instructions for preparing for the appointment. In order to connect to your doctor by audio and video you will need to install Zoom Cloud Meetings on your phone, tablet, Ipad, or Mac or Windows Computer (your device must have a built-in camera). For your convenience there are instructional videos below as well as links to download the application that you will use during your visit.
