Scott D. Talbert, PA-C
Scott Talbert is a board-certified physician assistant to Dr. Ashvin Patel. He has been with Dr. Patel since 2002, assisting in all of Dr. Patel’s surgery cases, in the office with pre-op appointments, and general office visits.
After graduating with a bachelor of science in nursing from Florida Southern College, he worked as an ICU nurse at Orlando Regional Medical Center. He then attended Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida, where he graduated magna cum laude with his bachelor’s degree in physician assistant studies. He also received his master’s degree in public health from Nova. He is an active member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.
Scott and his wife live in Sarasota with their young son. Together they enjoy scuba diving, playing golf, and attending sporting events.
James DellaVecchia, PA-C
James DellaVecchia is a board-certified physician assistant to Dr. Edward Stolarski. He attended Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. He has a master’s degree in medical sciences. James also attended the University of South Florida in Tampa, where he received his BS in biology and athletic training.
James and his wife moved to sunny Sarasota from Tampa once he finished his schooling. As a father of two, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He loves to watch sports and spend time with friends and family.
James has been with Kennedy-White Orthopaedics since 2012, assisting in all of Dr. Stolarski's surgery cases and in the office with pre-op appointments and general office visits. He loves what he does, and it shows.
Alexis T. Sockwell, PA-C
Alexis Sockwell is a board certified Physician Assistant to Dr. Sean Dingle. Alexis graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science from Wake Forest University. While attending Wake Forest University, Alexis was a four-year letterman on the football team, which helped mold his teamwork ethic. He went on to attend the Physician Assistant Program at Wake Forest University Medical School. He is an active member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the American Academy of Physician Assistants. His primary focus since graduation has been orthopedic surgery, but he does have experience in other subspecialty surgery as well as the emergency department.
Alexis accepted a job at Kennedy-White Orthopedic Center directly out of school after graduating in 2001, moving from North Carolina to sunny Sarasota, Florida. He currently assists and also sees patients in the office for Dr. Sean Dingle. He does share an office with Dr. Sean Dingle, but he also assists with other physicians surgically within the group.
He is the proud father of two twin boys, with whom he enjoys spending as much time as possible. He also likes to read, watch sporting events, work out on a regular basis, as well as spend time with family and friends.

Victoria Rademaker, APRN-C
Victoria is a nurse practitioner for Dr. Donald Erb. Vicky graduated from Florida State University with a bachelors of Science degree in nursing. Following graduation she worked in various areas to include neuro-trauma, orthopedics, oncology and emergency trauma. She then completed her Master of Science in nursing and completed her ARNP at the University of Tampa. Vicky has had the pleasure of working with Dr. Erb since 2006. Under his direction and education she has become a specialist in the area of comprehensive pain management for a variety of chronic pain conditions. She is married with two children and enjoys cycling and traveling.
LeAnne Pittman, APRN-C
LeAnne is a nurse practitioner for Dr. Donald Erb. LeAnne Pittman, is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who began working for Dr. Donald Erb in 2013. LeAnne graduated as a Registered Nurse in 1991 from Northwestern State University in Shreveport, Louisiana. As an RN, LeAnne worked in Neonatal Intensive Care, Pediatrics, Medical-Surgical, Partial Day Surgery, and as Director of an anti-coagulation clinic. LeAnne completed her Master's in Nursing - Family NP from Fort Hays State University, Fort Hays, Kansas in 2012 and worked in Pediatrics.
LeAnne has two sons, Brent, a Doctor of Physical Therapy in Shreveport, LA, and Nick, who plays football for the University of Wisconsin.
